摘 要:目的探讨运用小组合作与角色扮演相结合开展《妇产科护理学》教学的效果。方法选择两个同质班级进行《妇产科护理学》的授课,其中一个班采用传统的讲授式教学法,设为对照组,另一个班采用小组合作与角色扮演相结合的教学法,设为观察组,一轮课结束后比较两个班的学习成绩和对新的教学方法的学习感受。结果对照组总评成绩为(78.24±5.54)分,观察组的总评成绩为(80.00±5.75)分,成绩差异无统计学意义(t=1.461,P〉0.05);很喜欢学习这门课程,对照组有20人,观察组有35人,差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.456,P〈0.05);愿意做妇产科护士,对照组有10人,观察组有24人,差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.143,P〈0.05)。结论小组合作与角色扮演相结合的教学方法对提高理论成绩效果不显著,但是有助于提高学生的学习兴趣、学习热情,增强合作意识,有利于专业课的教学。Objective To study the effect of teamwork and role-play teaching method in the course teaching of " nursing of gynecology and obstetrics". Methods To choose two classes who were in same conditions and going to accept course teaching of "Nursing of gynecology and obstetrics", one class be taught by using traditional teaching method, and the other be taught by using teamwork and role-play teaching method. The results of two classes, and the feeling of new teaching method were observed and compared. Results The score of control class was (78.24 ± 5.54) and the score of testing class was (80.00 ± 5.75 ), and no significant difference was found ( t = 1. 461, P 〉 0.05 ) . There were 20 students from control class and 35 students from testing class liking the course, and the difference was statistically significant ( X^2 = 5. 456,P 〈 0.05). Totals of 10 students from comparing class and 24 students from testing class were willing to be a nurse in th.e department of gynecology and obstetrics, and the difference was statistically significant ( X^2 = 6. 143,P 〈 0.05). Conclusions It is not obvious for the increasing of students' theory study score by using teamwork & role-play teaching method, but this method is very helpful to increase students' interests and passion on course study, and improve awareness of cooperation, it is useful for major class teaching.
