摘　　要：将关于复变复值函数的Cauchy积分公式推广到了复变矩阵值函数的情况,这一推广的结论可用于证明矩阵论中著名的Hamilton-Cayley定理.This essay tries to apply the Cauchy integral formula of the comp]~ex variable complex function to the study of the complex matrix value function. It follows that the inferred formula that is obtained from the study can testify the famous Hamil- ton-Cayley theorem in matrix theory.
