摘  要:以红曲霉菌株SE01为出发菌株,经过不同浓度(5.0%、5.67%、6.33%、7.0%、7.67%)过氧化氢的处理,得到了3株长势较好的菌株SE1500,SE1700,SE1900,将这3株菌种扩大培养并测定SOD活性及色价。结果表明3株菌SE1500、SE1700、SE1900的SOD活性相对于出发菌株SE01分别提升了3倍、2.5倍、1.3倍,色价分别提升了63.6%、117.3%、67.3%。综合考虑SOD活性、色价及菌种的应用(主要用于色素的生产)三个方面,确定菌株SE1700为目的菌株。In this paper, we selected the Monascus SE01 as primary strain. Processed with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide(5.0%, 5.67%, 6.33%, 7.0%, 7.67%), we obtained three grew well strains as SE1500, SE1700 and SE1900. Expanding culture of the three strains and determined the SOD activity and color value. Compared with the original strain SE01, the three strains SOD activity were enhanced 3-fold, 2.5-fold, 1.3-fold and the color value was increased 63.6%, 117.3% and 67.3% respectively. Comprehensive consideration of the SOD activity, color value and the application of strain (mainly used for the production of the pigment), we confirmed the strain SE1700 was the object strain.
