摘　　要：香港职业训练局是香港职业教育的主体。香港职业训练局从诞生之日起,就与业界一直积极推进学校文化与企业文化的无间融合,在精神文化、物质文化和制度文化建设层面上融入企业文化核心因子,吸收企业文化基本元素及凸显企业文化的职业化。正是源于职业训练局与业界水乳交融的紧密联系和无间合作,形成了香港成功而又独特的职业教育文化积淀。Vocational Training Council is the main body of vocational education in Hong Kong.Since its birth,Vocational Training Council has actively promoted the seamless integration between school culture and enterprise culture.In the level of building of spiritual culture,material culture and institutional culture,it emphasizes the integration of core factors of en terprise culture,the absorption of basic elements of enterprise culture and the highlighting of the professionalism of enter prise culture.Hong Kong has formed the successful and unique cultural heritage of vocational education,which owes to the close connection and the seamless cooperation between Vocational Training Council and the industries.
