摘 要:目前高校对教师业绩的考量重科研轻教学的现象比较突出,制约了教师教学积极性的发挥。以数量与质量结合的评价方法,逐步建立一套较完善的教师教学业绩考量评价体系与激励机制,是提高教师教学积极性,提高人才教育质量的关键。结合高校医科教学情况,就教师教学绩效考量存在的主要问题、教师教学绩效考量设计的基本原则及考量体系设计路径等几个方面进行探讨。Today, much emphasis is still put on scientific research work rather than on teach- ing performance when evaluating teachers' academic achievements in China's colleges and universities. The present way exerts negative impact on teachers' enthusiasm for their profession. It is, therefore, necessary for Chinese educators to study and set up a more scientific evaluating and inspiring system ai- ming at encouraging and protecting teachers' zeal for education and strengthening the sense of quality in teaching among all the people involved, which is the key to improving the quality of China's talent edu- cation. Considering the present situation in college medical teaching, the study aimed at perfecting the present evaluating means and designing a more objective and comprehensive way to estimate teachers' academic achievements based on the analysis of existing problems and the basic principles of designing and evaluating teachers' professional achievements in teaching performance using qualitative and quan- titative investigation.
