摘　　要：ESP英语课程以其广泛的实用性得到了越来越多的课程改革者的支持.基于建工类专业学生和教师的ESP需求分析,以培养学生的职业交际能力为目标,将ESP教学引入高职公共英语教学,在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、评估手段等方面进行改革和创新,提出了"EGP+ESP"为主导的职场英语教学新模式.ESP courses are getting more and more support from curriculum reformers because of its extensive application. Based on the needs analysis of ESP courses of students and teachers of civil engineering specialty, this paper imports ESP teaching in general English teaching of higher vocational colleges and carries out reform and innovation in teaching goal, teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation methods so as to cultivate students vocational communicative competence, based on which it puts forward new mode of vocational English teaching which is oriented by ＂EGP＋ESP＂.
