摘 要:金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)是主要的食源性致病菌之一。实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)技术是近年来广泛应用于食源性致病菌的快速检测方法,具有特异性强、灵敏度高等特点。本文综述了Real-time PCR技术原理、分类及其在检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most important food- borne pathogens. Recently, Real-time Flurescent Quantitive Polymerase Chain Reaction(Real-time PCR)technology as a modern method was exploited to detect food- borne pathogens for its specific and sensitive attributes. In this paper, the principle and classification of Real-time PCR technology was introduced briefly,and its application in detecting Staphylococcus aureus was reviewed.Also,the application of this technique in S.aureus detection was prospected.
