摘　　要：高职英语课程改革一直是个难点,关键在学生不感兴趣,缺乏学习的主动性。因此,本文提出了基于学生自主选择的,教师和学校教务部门共同配合的高职英语改革思路,从而调动学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性,实现因材施教和个性化教学。Higher Vocational English curriculum reform is always a difficulty, mainly due to the fact that the students have no interest and lack of learning initiative. Therefore, it is suggested to set up a curricular system based on the students＂ independent choice, together with the cooperation of the English teachers and the academic administration, so as to arouse students＇ interest in English learning, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and realize individualized teaching.
