摘  要:采用准实验研究方法,探讨高职院校体验式生命教育课程的有效性。采用《生命意义量表》、《生命态度剖面图量表》、《主观幸福感量表》对课程实施进行了评估,发现学生的生命意义感、生命态度和主观幸福感总得分都有显著差异;在生命意义感量表中,对生命的热忱、生活目标和自主感有组别差异;在生命态度量表中,追求意义的意志、存在盈实和生命目的有显著性组别差异;在主观幸福感量表中,各维度均存在显著性组别差异。因此,体验式生命教育是一种能促进高职学生提升生命意义和幸福感、构建积极人生观的有效教育方式。The quasi-experimental research method is adopted to explore the effectiveness of experiential life education curriculum in higher vocational institutions. The author employs "the Meaning of Life Scale", "Life Attitude Profile Scale," and "Subjective Well-being Scale" to assess the implementation of this curriculum and finds the significant differences from students' total scores of the sense of the meaning of life, life attitude and subjective happiness. In the Meaning of Life Scale, enthusiasm for life, life goals and sense of ownership display group differences; in Life Attitude Scale, the will of pursuing the meaning, existence of surplus plenitude and life purpose have significant group differences; in the Subjective Well-being Scale, significant group differences also can be found in each dimension. Therefore, the experiential life education is an effective education mode that haooiness, and build can promote higher vocational college students to enhance the meaning of life and a oositive outlook on life as well.
