摘  要:教师反思是指外语教师为了提高教学技能对课堂教学经历的思考和反省。本文旨在分析探讨外语教师的自我反思对其学生写作成绩的影响。研究对象包括8名英语教师以及他们的1620名学生,两者都接受了问卷调查。学习者的写作成绩也从数据库调出。统计分析结果表明:教师自我反思显著地影响了英语学习者的写作成绩。The concept of teachers' reflection refers to the extent to which EFL teachers con- template and reflect on their teaching experience in the classroom in order to improve their teaching skills. This study aims to explore the effect of EFL teacher' s reflection on their learners' writing a- chievement. Participants of the study included 8 teachers and their 1620 EFL learners. Reflective teaching instrument was administered to the teachers of the study. Also, EFL learners' GPAs of their writing scores were calculated. Statistical analysis revealed that teacher' s reflection significantly affects EFL learners' writing achievement. There are implications for the result.
