摘　　要：介绍了乌龙茶生产高峰期的延缓技术,包括优化茶园田间管理、革新鲜叶采摘技术以及改进加工工艺,延长乌龙茶生产周期,解决乌龙茶的生产过于集中的问题。The technologies for extending the peak period of oolong tea producing were introduced in this article.The technologies included optimizing the management of tea field, innovating the picking technologies of the fresh leaves,and improving the processing technology, thus the producing cycle of oolong tea could be lengthen and the problem of oolong tea centralized producing was solved.
