摘　　要：综述国内外有关海藻糖生产方法,总结和比较不同来源海藻糖合成酶的酶学性质及其基因工程方面的最新研究结果,提出海藻糖合成酶结构的解析及分子改造是今后海藻糖合成酶基因工程研究的主要方向。This paper introduced trehalose produce methods, and sum- marized and compared the properties of trehalose synthase from various bacteria and the research progress on gene engineering. The results in- dicated that analyzing trehalose synthase structure and molecular modi- fication would be the main directions of trehalose synthase gene engi- neering in future.
