摘　　要：以《关于教师教育素质现状的调查》及《新世纪教育应有的教育素质调查》为基础，结合国内外有关教师素质研究成果，分析目前基础教育中教师存在的问题，进而指出，建立三维一体的教师教育素质的结构是目前建立高素质教师队伍的迫切问题。The article is based on the facts provided by the two articles:''Investigation on the Current Educational Quality' and investigation on Educational Quality Needed in the New Century' and the study of teachers' quality at home and abroad,The article analyzed problems concerning with teachers in basic education.The article points out that the establishment of a trinity pattern,the combination of teachers' knowledge structure,professional devotion and ability-is urgent for improving teachers' quality.
