碎米淀粉的碱法提取工艺研究

摘　　要：为了提高农副产品的综合利用,研究了采用碱法提取碎米淀粉。对碱液浓度、液固比、浸泡时间、浸泡温度、离心时间的影响进行了研究。结果显示在浸泡时间3d、碱浓度0.5%、液固比3∶1、浸泡温度35℃、离心时间为4min时,提取率为79.39%。Broken rice starch is extracted by alkali -extraction in order to promote the comprehensive utiliza- tion of agricultural and sideline products. The research is made on the effect of the factors of conductivity of lye, liquid - solid ratio, soak period, immersing temperature and time of centrifugation. The results show that when concentration of alkali in solution is 0.5%, liquid - solid ratio is 3：1, immersing temperature is 35℃ and centrifuging time 4 minutes after 3 - day soaking, the yield of starch is 79.39%.
