摘　　要：《金融学基础》是国内外大学商学院尤其是金融专业的一门重要学科基础课程。文中紧密围绕该课程兼具专业性和现实性的特点,从教学方式、教学内容的呈现、学习要求与作业内容、成绩考核评价方式四大方面进行创新,特别融合了"小班授课、同堂讲课、模块化、互动式"等授课形式重构了该课程的教学设计,对该课程教学方法的改革进行了探索。Fundamentals of Finance is an important prerequisite course for finance major students in business school.This paper tightly grasps its professional and realistic characteristics,integrates four areas of innovations from teaching mode,exhibition of teaching content,learning requirements and assignments,and evaluation,especially incorporates the characteristics of small class,co-teaching,modularization and iterative to reconstruct the teaching design of the course,to further explore the reform of teaching methods.
