摘  要:针对脐橙采后易感染霉菌,通过实验分离导致早期霉变的青霉菌,选择果园生产常见的抑霉唑、咪鲜胺、百可得、壳聚糖和改性壳聚糖等具有抑菌作用的保鲜剂,比较其对霉菌的抑菌效果.实验表明抑霉唑对青霉菌抑制效果最好,改性壳聚糖的抑菌效果比壳聚糖好.选择抑菌效果最佳的抑霉唑进行赣南脐橙常温损伤接种,结果证明,浓度在0.4 g.L-1时,脐橙发病时间比对照组推迟1倍.综合损伤接种和低温保鲜实验结果,在贮藏150 d内,抑霉唑能将脐橙腐烂率保持在14%.Postharvest navel orange is susceptible to mold.Early moldy Penicillium was isolated by experimental method.The common orchard antistaling agents such as imazalil,prochloraz,Bellkute,chitosan and modified chitosan were chosen to compare the inhibitory effect of the mold.The experiments show that imazalil inhibitory effect of Penicillium was the best and the inhibitory effect of modified chitosan was better than that of chitosan.Imazalil was selected to carry wound-inoculated on Gannan navel orange at room temperature.The results show that at the concentration of 0.4 g.L-1,time of onset was one time later than the control group.Comprehensive experimental results of wound-inoculated and low-temperature preservation show the decay rate of imazalil treated navel orange can be maintained at 14 % in Storage of 150 days.
