摘  要:教师发展是教育发展的重要保障。我国中医本科教育标准规定了毕业生应达到的基本要求,也应体现在教师的自身素养、知识技能、职业情感的培育和发展过程中。中医本科教育标准在规范中医高校办学水平和评估教育教学质量时亦突显了教师的主体价值和发展要素,而构建以中医高校为单位开展特色的、多元的、多层次的培训项目及活动是促进教师发展的有效途径之一。Teachers’ development is the important guaranty for educational development.Standards in Traditional Chinese Medical Education in our country present the basic requirements for the graduates in traditional Chinese medical universities.These Standards should be infiltrated into the process of cultivating and developing teachers’ quality,knowledge and skill,professional emotion.These standards also illustrate the teachers’ subject value and developmental elements as well when they assess the school-running level and evaluate the educational quality.Thus,the universities of traditional Chinese medicine are suggested to work as a unit to launch characteristic,diverse and multi-layered training programs and activities to improve teachers’ development.
