摘 要:采用深度访谈法对14名教师的情绪表达规则进行研究,揭示了教师对学生、同事、领导和家长互动过程中的基本情绪表达规则。由于所面对学生以及教师自身特点的不同,教师的情绪表达规则存在着一定的差异,反映出情绪表达规则具有情境性的特质。教师在"后台"的情绪调节也是教师情绪表达规则研究的重要方面。教师主要是向要好同事、领导和家人寻求帮助和自我调适,学校应注意多为教师提供情绪宣泄的渠道。A qualitative approach was used to explore the emotional display rules of teachers, through in-depth interviews with 14 teachers. The findings reveals the application of the strategy of emotional display rules including teachers interactions with students, parents, administrators, and colleagues. Furthermore, the difference of display rules deeply depending on the nature of students and teachers themselves. Understanding the psychological processes of how teachers regulate their negative emotion in the "back stage" played an important role in the research of emotional display rules. Teachers mainly sought emotional support from colleagues, administrators and family, the self-regulation was also an important way to regulate their negative emotions.
