摘 要:目的通过设计和应用《护理学基础》课程网站,探讨在网络环境下利用网络课程进行护理学专业课程教学模式。方法网络课程教学包括"课堂讲授再现—情景设置—问题提出—自主学习—在线协作—讨论交流—评价测试—知识拓展"8个环节。在2009级船山学院护理本科生中应用该网络课程开展为期1年的网络教学。课程结束后,通过对学生的问卷调查、角色扮演法和期末考试结果评价,了解该网络课程教学模式的使用效果。结果本课程理论平均成绩为78.56分,70分以上的学生260名(91.2%);课程网站年点击率已经超过7 000次;学生对网络课程的综合评价优良率为91.8%;85%以上学生认为网络课程的内容全面、结构合理;90%以上学生认为操作简单,交互性好,有助于在课外自主进行专业课学习。结论在护理学专业课程教学中运用网络课程可构建连续的学习环境,激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生进行人机交互,提高学生的自主学习能力和知识综合运用能力,达到预期的教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of network teaching through the design and application of network course of Nursing Fundamentals. Methods Network courses of Nursing Fundamentals included reappearance of classroom teaching, situational setup, problem posing, autonomous learning, collaboration online, discussion and communication, evaluation and test and knowledge expansion. It has been applied for one year among nursing undergraduates in 2009. The effects of network teaching were evaluated by questionnaires, role playing and final examination after the completion of the course. Results Mean score of theoretic test was 78.56 and 260 students (91.2%) scored more than 70. Annual click of the course website was more than 7 000. Excellent and good rate of the course was 91.8% and more than 85% of the students appreciated the network teaching. Conclusion The application of network course in specialized course teaching contributes to constructing a continuous learning environment, stimulating students' interest, promoting the ability of independent learning.
