摘  要:现代社会中存在着个体人格的分裂、紧张和不协调现象 ,因而健全人格的培养成为社会发展和人的自身发展的客观需要。健全的人格包括体质、智力、情意及道德四个方面。它涵盖了人自身生长的所有本质要素。人的发展实际是构成人格内部诸要素即个体身心充分而和谐发展的整合过程。当代教育的根本目标是培养和发展学生的健全人格——一个具有健康的体质、创造性的智慧、丰富的情感。The split of personality and its tense and disharmonious state still exist in modern society,which,as a whole,confirms the need of an integrated personality required by both social and personal development.An integated personality consists of four factors:physique,intelligence,emotion and moral character,all of which have covered the essential components for the growth of a natural and social man.Actually,a man's development is a process of complete and harmonious integration of them.The basic goal of the present education is ,therefore,to train and develop students'integrated personality so that they may become a person who owns a strong and healthy body,rich emotions and a creative and noble mind.
