摘  要:目的 在医学英语专业英语精读课程中实施“RICH研究型与合作式教学模式”,以充实教学内容安排、完善教学活动设计、提高学生自主学习能力.方法 以北京大学医学部2009级医学英语专业全体学生(31名)为研究对象,以《现代大学英语精读》(第二册)为教材,在课程中设计研究型与合作式教学活动.采用课堂观察、录音和访谈方式分析学生对活动设计的反馈,评价教学效果.结果 学生对研究型与合作式教学活动充满兴趣,学生语言、文化知识和人文素养得以提高.结论 “RICH研究型与合作式教学”有效地改进了英语精读课程教学效果,提高了学生的学习积极性和自主学习能力.同时,“RICH研究型与合作式教学”实施过程中仍然存在不足,有待继续改进.Objective To implement and explore the effect of RICH Research-based and Cooperative Learning in intensive reading courses for Biomedical English majors.Methods 31 students from 2009 Biomedical English majors at Health Science Center of Peking University were selected."Contemporary College English Ⅱ" was used as the text book.Research-based and Cooperative Learning activities were designed and conducted.Classroom observation,audio-recording,and group interview were carried out to collect feedback for and evaluation on the activity.Results All subjects were satisfied with the Research-based and Cooperative Learning activity.They reported that their command of English language and understanding of western culture and humanistic quality have improved.Conclusions RICH Research-based and Cooperative Learning is effective in improving the quality of intensive reading courses and assists the development of learner autonomy.However,the design and implementation of the approach should be refined so as to further improve the teaching effect.
