摘  要:以酱香型白酒酒糟为主要原料,通过接种乳酸菌进行液体发酵,使乳酸菌迅速成为优势菌种,再用酒糟对发酵液进行填充干燥,得到微生物饲料添加剂。结果表明,酒糟培养基在121℃下灭菌15 min,按照10%的接种量接入乳酸菌菌液,以最适温度37℃、转速120 r/min振荡发酵44 h,发酵液中乳酸菌数量可达到×1012cfu/mL。然后对发酵液进行低温填充干燥,即可得到乳酸菌数目达到×108cfu/g的微生物饲料添加剂。In this study, waste Jiang-flavor distiller's grains was used as main raw materials to produce microbial feed additives as follows: firstly, 15 min sterilization of culture mediums of spent distiller's grains at 121 ~C, then inoculated with lactic acid bacteria liquid (inoculating amount was 10 %), and then 44 h fermentation at 37 ~Cwith the rotating speed as 120 r/min, further, the number of lactic acid bacteria in fermenting liquid could reach up to ~ 10t2 cfu/mL, and then low temperature filling and drying of fermenting liquid was performed, finally, microbial feed additives with its lactic acid bacteria number as high as 10s cfu/g was obtained.
