摘　　要：利用蛹虫草发酵生产高蛋白生物饲料添加剂,采用正交试验对蛹虫草发酵条件进行优化。结果表明,温度对粗蛋白含量影响最大,其次为接种量和转速,pH值影响最小。最佳发酵工艺条件为接种量9%,温度26℃,转速160r/min,pH值为6。Using Cordyceps sinensis as culture medium to develop high protein biological feed additives, the process technology of multi-culture fer- mentatiaon production protein feed was opimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that temperature had a biggest affect on crude pro- tein content, followed by the inoculum and the speed, and pH value was minimal. The optimum condition were as followed： inoculum 9%, tempera- ture of 26℃, 160r/min, pH value 6.
