摘 要:运用GC-Flash型电子鼻技术针对不同产源的同山烧进行区分判别。结合主成分分析与判别因子分析法建立原产源判别模型。结果表明,在主成分分析判别模型中,绍兴原产源(地理标志)、非原产源(非地理标志)与假冒的同山烧样品区间分布较集中,且存在部分交集;假冒的同山烧样品区间分布较分散,且与绍兴原产源及非原产源同山烧样品分布区间无交集。在判别因子法判别模型中,不同产源同山烧(绍兴原产源、绍兴非原产源和假冒同山烧)样品被准确判别。研究表明,GC-Flash型电子鼻技术对于同山烧产源的判别具有较好的实用性。In the study, GC-flash electronic nose was applied to discriminate Tongshan durra wine of different producing place. All data were ana- lyzed by multivariate data processing based on principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant factor analysis (DFA). Furthermore, the dis- criminant model of original producing place was set up. The results showed that in the discriminant model by PCA method, sample interval distri- bution was centralized for Tongshan durra wine (produced in Shaoxing, geographical indication product) and Tongshan durra wine (not produced in Shaoxing, non-geographical indication product), and some intersections shared by both of them, however, sample interval distribution scattered for counterfeit Tongsha durra wine and no intersections shared by counterfeit Tongshan durra wine and Tongshan durra wine. Accordingly, Tong- shan durra wine of different producing place could be accurately judged by discriminant models.
