摘 要:目的探讨反思日记在护理大专生护理学基础实践教学中的应用方法及效果。方法采用便利取样法,将2010级护理大专生按照班级分为试验组和对照组,试验组在传统教学法的基础上,每次实践课后记反思日记;对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组的护理学基础实践课考核成绩,并发放问卷调查学生记反思日记的感受。结果试验组护理学基础实践课考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。98.9%的学生认为反思日记可以激发学习的积极性和兴趣,96.9%的学生认为可以加强对理论实践的理解应用,93.8%的学生认为有助于加强师生沟通。结论反思日记激发了学生学习的积极性和兴趣,能有效提高学生对护理学基础实践技能的掌握。Objective To evaluate the effects of reflective diary in the practical teaching of basic nursing for associate nursing students.Methods The associate nursing students in Grade 2010 were divided into two groups.The students in the experimental group wrote reflective diary after each practice on the basis of traditional teaching method.The students' performance in skills exam was compared between the two groups.In addition,the students' feelings about reflective diary were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire.Results The students' performance in skills exam in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01).Most of the students thought that reflective diary could inspire their learning enthusiasm and interests(98.9%),enhance the understanding and application of theoretical knowledge (96.9%),and help to strengthen the communication between teachers and students(93.8%).Conclusion Reflective diary can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and interest,facilitate them to master the practical skills of basic nursing.
