摘　　要：为积极应对国外农食产品标签技术性贸易措施提供对策,了解了各出口目标国的标签法规要求和上海出口农食产品企业遭遇的国外食品标签技术性贸易措施的总体情况,提供了若干应对国外农食产品标签技术性贸易措施的对策,相关各方可应用提出的对策提高应对标签技术贸易措施的效率。Understand the main export destination country＇s labelling relevant law and the general situation of technical trade measures on foreign food labelling encountered by agricultural food products enterprises to provide countermeasures to deal with the technical trade measures on foreign agricultural food product labelling. The results showed provide several countermeasures to deal with the technical trade measures on foreign agricultural food product labelling. The conclusion included that all the related parties can use the countermeasures provided to improve the efficiency in dealing with the technical trade measures on foreign agricultural food product labelling.
