摘 要:利用单因素试验筛选了巨大口蘑多酚的最佳提取溶剂为乙醇,并在此基础上,采用均匀设计法优化了巨大口蘑多酚的提取工艺,选择提取溶剂体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、固液比为参试因子,利用4因素6水平U6(64)的均匀设计表安排试验方案,通过DPS(v9.05)软件进行统计分析,得到巨大口蘑多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数48%,浸提时间3 h,浸提温度65℃,料液比为1∶5(g∶mL)。利用该最佳提取工艺,得到的巨大口蘑多酚含量为1.95%。On the basis of alcohol was considered to be the optimum extracting solvent, uniform design method was adopted to optimum extraction process of polyphenols from the fruit body of Tricholoma giganteum Massee. Concentration of alcohol, extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of material to solvent were selected as the four experimental factors. The uniform design table U6(64) was used to arrange the experiment. The result was calculated and analyzed by DPS(v9.05) software and it showed that the uniform extraction process condition was 48% alcohol as extraction solvent, extraction time was 3 h, extraction temperature was 65 ℃, ratio of material to solvent was 1 : 5 (g : mL) under this extraction condition. The yield from the fruit bodies of Tricholoma giaganteum Massee was 1.95%.
