摘　　要：以人为本,促进人的自由全面发展是当代教育的根本精神。传统文化专制浓厚、自由缺失的特质延续至今并弥漫性地影响当代教育,这是当代教育充斥奴化、规训、控制,人本精神难以彰显的主要原因。加快文化建设步伐、促进文化特质革新是教育人本化的根本前提。People - oriented and promoting the comprehensive and free development of human is the fundamental spirit of contem- porary education. The traditional culture＇ s character of autocracy and lack of freedom continues till today and influences contemporary education, which is the main reason of that contemporary education full of enslavement, discipline, control, thus it is difficult to mani- fest the humanism. Speeding up the construction pace of culture and promoting culture innovation is the fundamental premise for the ed- ucation ＇ s humanism.
