摘　　要：当前,中职教育面临着难得的发展新机遇,作为中职教师应抓住机遇,正确分析中职生的现状,树立科学的学生观,自觉克服职业倦怠。Currently, secondary vocational education is facing rare new opportunities of development. As the secondary vocational teachers, we should seize the oppurtunities, currectly analyze the status of vacational students, estabilsh a scientific concept of students, and consciously overcome job burnout.
