摘 要:为了解幼儿园教师课程意识的发展水平,有效指导幼儿教师的课程行为,本研究从幼儿园教师的课程主体意识、目标意识、生成意识、资源意识、评价意识、环境意识等六个维度出发,采用自编问卷进行调查研究。结果发现,幼儿园教师课程意识在不同维度上的发展水平并不一致,但在整体上处于相对觉醒的状态;幼儿园教师课程意识水平受到年龄、学历等因素影响;幼儿园教师课程意识与课程行为之间存在差异;教学意识在幼儿园教师头脑中根深蒂固,影响了课程意识的提升。To gain inslglats into starts with such six dimensions as the and effectively guide their teaching behaviors, this resources, evaluation, and environment by selfcurriculum awareness of subjectivity, goal, generating, producing questionnaires. The findings indicate that teachers differ in dimensions, but generally they are relatively conscious of the curriculum, and that their awareness is influenced by the factors of ages and educational backgrounds, and that differences exist between awareness and performance, and that the rooted notion of teaching awareness in kindergarten teachers' mind has a negative impact on the promoting of their curriculum awareness.
