摘　　要：高职院校礼仪教学的关键是让学生从心灵深处受到礼仪的洗礼和熏陶,使学生的礼仪行为成为发自内心的展现。要重视教师的个人形象礼仪,重视各种礼仪规范的实践,考核形式多样化。其具体教学策略是,在课堂教学中示范标准的行为举止,鼓励学生亲身实践,组织学生参与案例讨论、分析,构建实践平台,实现礼仪教学课堂内外的衔接,并进行动态的教学效果评价。The key of rite and morality teaching in higher vocational colleges is to make students be baptized and influenced from the heart and make the etiquette behavior become students＇ inner spontaneous performance. It is important to pay attention to teachers＇ personal image and etiquette, the practice of all kinds of etiquette norms and the diversified evaluation forms. The specific teaching measures are to demonstrate the standard behavior in classroom teaching, encour- age students to practice, organize students to participate in case discussion and analysis, construct the practice platform, link the inside and the outside of rite and morality teaching classroom and launch the dynamic evaluation for teaching ef- fects.
