摘  要:考察添加单一代谢调控剂对法夫酵母JMU-VDL668和JMU-MVP14菌株产虾青素的影响。在培养24 h后添加10 mmol/L H2O2,法夫酵母JMU-VDL668菌株虾青素产量提高了49.1%;添加1 g/L丙酮酸,法夫酵母JMU-VDL668和JMU-MVP14菌株的虾青素产量分别提高了64%和74.2%。研究发现,添加组合代谢调控剂对促进法夫酵母细胞生长和虾青素合成呈现良好的协同作用。组合添加1 g/L丙酮酸、2 g/L柠檬酸和1 g/L乙醇,法夫酵母JMU-VDL668菌株的虾青素产量与对照试验相比提高了88.8%;组合添加2 g/L乳酸和1 g/L乙醇,2g/L乳酸和1 g/L甘油,2 g/L乳酸和3%豆油,对法夫酵母JMU-MVP14菌株的虾青素产量提高效果优于单一添加代谢调控剂的效果。In this paper, the effects of assembly adding metabolic regulation agents on cell growth and astaxanthin production of two Phaffia rhodozyma strains were studied. When 10 mmol/L H2O2 was added in the culture medium, astaxanthin production of Phqffia rhodozyma JMU-VDL668 increased by 49.1%. At the meantime, when 1 g/L pyruvic acid was added in the culture medium, astaxanthin production of Phaffia rhodozyma JMU-VDL668 and Phaffia rhodozyma JMU-MVP14 increased by 64% and 74.2%, respectively. Further studies conclusively showed that cell growth and astax- anthin production both enhanced synergistically when different metabolic regulation agents were assembly added into the culture medium. Astaxanthin production of Phaffia rhodozyma JMU-VDL668 increased by 88.8% when 1 g/L pyruvic acid, 2 g/L citric acid and 1 g/L ethanol was added. Similary, the acceerative effects of assembly adding 2 g/L lactate and 1 g/ L ethaol, 2 g/L lactate and 1 g/L glycerol, or 2 g/L lactate and 3% soybean oil on astaxanthin production of Phoffia rhodozyma JMU-MVPI4 was higher than the effects of a single additive.
