信息化时代高等教育的使命与变革——势科学视角

摘　　要：宇宙和社会的演化与发展及人才和组织的成长，是由真空势、化学势、生物势和信息势等不同层次上的“势”推动的，研究势的产生和运行机制的科学叫势科学。本文在势科学理论基础上阐述了信息全球化时代在强大的信息势作用下，人才成长和教育发展的非线性动力学机制，并由此根据信息人社会之六维信息势理论，论证了营造高等教育强势是实现高等教育使命，推动高等教育转型变革的根本途径。The evolution and development of universe and society and the growth of talents and organizations have been pushed forward by the potentials on different levels such as vacuum potential, chemical poten- tial, biological potential and information potential, etc. The science to study the birth and operative mechanism is called the potential science. The paper expounds the mechanism of nonlinear dynamics of the growth of talents and educational development influenced by strong information potential in the age of information on the basis of the theory of potential science. The author also expounds and proves that creating powerful potential of higher education is the fundamental way to accomplish the mission of pushing forward the transformation and renovation of higher education by means of six-dimensional information potential theory in the society of information.
