摘　　要：随着各高职院校纷纷扩招,学生英语基础普遍薄弱、水平参差不齐的问题尤其明显,因此,针对不同层次学生的语言运用能力进行差异化、个性化培养已显得日趋重要。个性化英语教学尊重学生的个体差异,注重展现并发展学生的个性,是对传统的"灌输式"英语教学的重大挑战。利用现代信息技术实施个性化英语教学已成为新时代背景下大学英语教学的一个重要内容。引入多媒体、网络等现代化教育技术手段,以多种形式创造有利于学生个性发展的英语学习环境,以学生为中心,实施个性化英语教学,对于培养学生的英语综合运用能力和自主学习能力都具有深远的意义。With each vocational college has enrollment, students generally have weak foundation in English, uneven level of problem is particularly evident, therefore, for different levels of language proficiency of students to differentiate, personalized training has become increasingly important. Personalized English teaching respect for individual differences of students, focusing on the development of students＇ personality show and is the traditional ＂indoctrination＂ English teaching major challenge. Use of modern information technology implementation individualized teaching English has become an important content of college English teaching in the context of new era. The introduction of multimedia, networking and other modern educational technology to help students create various forms of personality development environment for learning English student-centered, implementing individualized teaching, has far-reaching significance for students＇ English language proficiency and self-learning ability.
