摘 要:杨梅叶黄酮化合物具有多方面的药理作用和药理活性,研究喷雾干燥法微胶囊包埋杨梅叶黄酮化合物的效果。以正交试验设计试验,选取芯壁比、壁材浓度、进料流量和进风温度为影响杨梅叶黄酮化合物包埋率的主要因素,得到最佳的工艺条件为:芯壁比1∶5(g/g),壁材浓度15%,进风温度180℃,进料流量40 mL/min,此条件下的微胶囊包埋率为92.04%。Myricetin was proved to have various kinds of pharmacological action and activity. In this paper we studied the effect of microencapsulation of Myricetin in leaves of Myrica rubra with the method of spray drying. Through orthogonal test, the ratio of core to wall, wall material concentration, feed temperature and feed flux were selected as main factors to determine the encapsulation efficiency, and the optimum process conditions were as follows: core - wall ratio of 1 : 5 (g/g), wall material concentration 15 %, feed temperature 180 ℃, feed flux 40 mL/min. Under these conditions, the encapsulation efficiency can achieve 92.04 %.
