摘  要:人才培养和社会服务功能的特殊性,以及作为跨界教育的类型本质,赋予了高职院校教师专业发展特殊的内涵、内容和途径。面对现实存在的诸多阻却性因素,需要在教师个人、学校和外部环境等层面协同一致,构建一个支持高职院校教师专业发展的服务体系。搭建政府支持平台、校企合作平台和校际交流平台,创设资源库建设平台,完善配套制度体系,是构建高职院校教师专业发展服务体系的有效路径。The particularity of talent training and social service function, as well as the nature of crossborder education, gives the special connotation, content and approach of teacher professional development in higher vocational colleges. In the face of a lot of resistance factors existing in reality, teachers, schools and other aspects of the external environment need cooperate to build a service system to support teacher professional development in higher vocational colleges. To build government support platform, the school enterprise cooperation platform and intercollegiate exchange platform, to create resource library construction platform, and to improve supporting institutional system are the effective ways to construct service system of teacher professional development in higher vocational colleges.
