论思政理论课双师型教师的涵义

摘　　要：高职校企合作办学模式决定了企业在为高职院校提供某种教学和就业保障的同时,也要求高职院校为企业提供一些力所能及的支持和服务;顺应这种办学模式的需要,高职思政理论课教师在承担高职思政理论课教学的同时,还要积极承担企业理论宣讲工作;指出了高职思政理论课教师应该着力把自己培养成既胜任高职院校思政理论课教学工作,也擅长开展企业思想政治理论宣讲工作,还能积极引进企业文化和案例,推动高职思政理论课教学改革的"双师型"思政教师。Patterns of university -enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges determine that enterprises should provide some security of teaching and employment for higher vocational colleges and at the same time ,it is also required that higher vocational colleges should provide some supports and services within their power for enterprises .In order to meet the demand of this pattern ,ideological and political theory courses teachers in higher vocational colleges should not only teach theory course for students ,but also actively undertake the enterprise theory propaganda work .To this aim ,teachers should strive to cul-tivate themselves into“Academic-practical”teachers ,who are both good at teaching students in the class and carrying out the work of preaching enterprise ideological and political theory ,and actively introduce the enterprises＇culture and cases .As a result ,it can make themselves to be“Academic-practical” teach-ers and promote the teaching reform of the course of ideological and political theory .
