摘　　要：设G是有限群,m是正整数,关于自同构方程|Aut(G)|=m的求解是一个难题.此课题的系统研究始于上世纪70年代末.目前已经取得了一系列的结果.在过去研究的基础上讨论群方程|Aut(G)|=16pq的求解问题,找出了所有满足条件的有限幂零群.Let G be a finite group, m a positive integer, and the solution to the equation ｜ Aut（G） ｜ = m is a difficult task. The earliest research appeared in the late 1970s. Afterwards, there has been a series of solutions to it by mathematicians. This paper gives all solutions to the equation ｜ Aut（G） ｜ = 16pq as well as all finite nilpotent groups G.
