摘　　要：针对应用型创新人才的培养目标,结合各专业课程对有机化学知识体系的不同需求情况,着重对有机化学教学内容、教学方式进行了改革。同时构建了有机化学立体化网络教学平台,并介绍了对师资队伍培养的一些经验。In the paper, according to the training target of applied innovative talents and the professional courses of different demand for system of organic chemistry knowledge, we focused on the reform of organic chemistry teaching content and teaching method. At the same time, organic chemistry three-dimensional network teaching platform was constructed, also some experience of training for teachers was introduced.
