摘 要:教育素质是任教从师的专业素质 ,是教师整体素质中不可缺少的特殊因素。面对新世纪的要求 ,取得教师资格者的教育素质必须达到应有的水平。一切实施教师养成教育的机构都应确保培养对象达到教育素质的十项标准。为此要改革教育课程的结构 ,做到必修课、选修课、自学课有机结合 ,内容要吐故纳新 ,还要加强教育实践环节 ,并可积极采取“3+1”Educational quality refers to the professional quality of teachers.It is an essential factor of their overall quality and what they should have in the new century.Ten criteria of it are suggested in the paper.To reach the criteria,the institutes that train teachers should make every effort.It is necessary to transform the educational curriculum.Required courses are to be combined with optional ones.Courses and class hours are to be increased and the knowledge is to be renewed.Besides,teaching practice is to be strengthened and the “3+1” teaching model can be adopted.
