摘  要:以早红考密斯梨为试材,对2个不同采收期(采收期一:7月25日;采收期二:7月30日)的果实进行低温贮藏,通过测定果实采后生理及品质等理化指标,以探索适宜早红考密斯梨长期贮藏保鲜的采收期。结果表明,采收期一的早红考密斯梨在贮藏中期保持了较低的呼吸强度,在整个贮藏过程中保持了较高的硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和还原糖含量,病害发生率较低,但贮藏过程中的乙烯释放量较高。采收期二的早红考密斯梨在贮藏过程中保持了较低的乙烯释放量,在贮藏前后期保持了较低的呼吸强度,但硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和还原糖含量都较低,病害发生率较高。因此综合考虑认为,采收期一为早红考密斯梨的最佳采收期。Influence of two harvesting time (25m July; 30m July) on postharvest physiology and quality of European pear (Pyn communis L. cv. early red Comice) was investigated to study best harvesting time of fruit for long storage. The results indicated th early red Comice pear of the first harvesting time had lower respiration rate in the interim of storage. Firmness, total soluble solid tiWatable acid and reducing sugar content of fi'uit were higher during storage. The development of disease of pear fruit was lower, b ethylene production of fi'uit in the first harvesting time was higher. Early red Comice pear of the second harvesting time had low ethylene production, and had lower respiration rate in the earlier and later of storage, but firmness, total soluble solids, titratable ac and reducing sugar content of fruit were lower during storage, and development of disease of pear fruit was higher. Thus the fir harvesting time was the most suitable for the harvesting of early red Comice pear.
