摘　　要：利用矩阵的奇异值分解 ,给出了实矩阵方程ATXA =B存在正稳定解的充要条件 。By the application of metrix′s singular value sub integral, the paper presents sufficient conditions for the positive stable solution to the practical metrix equation, and simultaneously gets a method of construction of positive stable solution to the metrix.
