摘  要:为评价纯电动轿车制动能量回收效果,在分析纯电动汽车能量流的基础上,提出采用电机回收的能量与制动过程中的总能量的比值,即制动能量回收率作为纯电动汽车制动能量回收评价指标.分析已有试验方法,选取在转鼓试验台上进行NEDC(New European Driving Cycle)循环工况法为纯电动汽车制动能量回收试验方法.选择三款纯电动汽车,根据所述试验方法进行试验,得到了三种车型的制动能量回收率.试验表明:所提出的试验方法简单,评价指标合理,有利于纯电动汽车的制动能量回收的评价.To evaluate the effect of the pure electric vehicle braking energy recovery,braking energy recovery evaluation index and test method were proposed based on the analysis of the energy flow of the pure electric vehicle.The braking energy recovery rate that was the energy recovered by the motor divided by the total energy during braking was adopted as pure electric vehicle braking energy recovery evaluation index.Based on the analysis of existing test methods,the NEDC(New European Driving Cycle)driving cycle on the drum test bench was used for electric vehicle energy recovery test method. Three electric vehicles were selected as test cars,and its rate were obtained according to the test method.The tests show that the proposed test method is simple and evaluation index is reasonable, with guiding significance for the evaluation of the electric vehicle braking energy recovery.
