摘 要:研究青霉产纤维素酶分批发酵动力学。首先探讨青霉在5L自控发酵罐分批发酵过程中菌体生长、纤维素酶合成、基质消耗的变化规律。基于Logistic方程和Luedeking-Piret方程,提出发酵过程中菌体生长、单宁酶合成、基质消耗的动力学模型。基于遗传算法,利用Matlab软件对试验数据进行处理,得到青霉分批发酵合成纤维素酶的遗传算法进化结果图及动力学模型参数。试验结果表明,基于遗传算法对动力学模型拟合较好,模型可以较好地描述青霉发酵生产纤维素酶的动力学规律。The fermentation kinetics for cellulase production by the Penicillium was studied in a 5 L stirred bioreac-tot. Firstly microorganism growth and cellulase formation and substrate consumption throughout the naringinase fermenta-tion were investigated. Based on the Logistic equation and Luedeking-Piret equation, a series kinetic models were put forward for substrate consumption, microorganism growth and cellulase formation. Based on genetic algorithm the experi-ment data was processed with the Matlab 7.0 software, then the kinetics parameters of cellulase production with batch fermentation were obtained, and the experiment data and models were compared also. The result showed the model and the experiment data was fit well, and the model appeared to provide a reasonable description for the batch fermentation process.
