摘　　要：结合浙江理工大学生命科学学院生物技术、生物制药专业及省级实验教学示范中心建设的情况,以教学改革为试点和动力,构建"导师制+学团制"的人才培养系统工程,发挥学生工作管理者、导师、学生的作用,有效实施并科学评价"导师制+学团制",以达到建立一套全新的生物科学人才培养模式之目的,培养理论知识扎实、实验动手能力强、综合素质高的优质人才。This paper establishes ＂tutorial system＋ academic community system＂ system engineering with teaching reform as pilot and impetus according to the construction of biotechnology and bio-pharma- ceuticals majors in College of Life Science, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and provincial experimetatal teach- ing demonstration center, gives play to the function of student work administrators, tutors and students and effectively implements and scientifically evaluates ＂tutorial system＋academic community system＂ so as to achieve the purpose of establishing a set of new biological science talent training mode and cultivate high-quality talents with solid theoretical knowledge, strong practical ability of experiment and high com- prehensive quality.
