从高校公共艺术课程实施分析其教学体系构建的基础

摘　　要：国家文教政策对公共艺术教育进入高等教育课程教学体系起到了纲领性的引领作用。目前公共艺术课程的实施反映出该学科在制度保障、课程建设、师资队伍建设等储备不足,并长期受到教育体制和教育思想的路径依赖。针对公共艺术教学体系构建基础薄弱的问题,采用通过现状看本质的思路,从现实基础、思想基础及所要面临的本质问题等几个方面做出学理上的分析,为公共艺术教育进入高等教育教学体系后的规范化建设理清思路。National Policy of Culture and Education plays a guiding role for public art education entering higher education course teaching system. The implementation of public art courses reflects the shortcomings of this subject in the aspects of institutional guarantee, course construction and teaching staff construction and the dependence on the education system and thought. Aiming at the poor public art teaching system construction foundation, this paper adopts the thought of seeing the essence through the status and analyzes from realistic foundation, ideological basis and the problems so as to clarify the thoughts for standardization construction of public art education after entering higher education system.
