“阳光体育运动”视角下大学体育课程设置的困惑与反思

摘　　要：为了有效地推进高校"阳光体育运动"的开展,提高大学生的体质健康水平,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对"阳光体育运动"视角下大学体育课程设置问题进行了研究。结果认为:在"阳光体育运动"视角下,我国大学体育课程设置存在课程目标力求全面,难以体现"健康第一"的指导思想、课时安排上不利于完成"每天锻炼1h"的任务、课程内容上难以养成学生"终身体育的兴趣和习惯"、课程开发上没有发挥"校本优势"、课程结构上不利于学生"体育锻炼效果的形成"、课程资源配置上不能保障学生"多元化的体育学习需要"、课程评价上不利于调动学生"体育学习的积极性和主动性"等方面的困惑,同时从课程目标、课程管理、课程结构、课程内容、课程资源配置和课程评价等方面反思大学体育课程设置改进策略。对推动大学体育课程改革以促进大学生体质健康水平的提高提供参考。In order to promote the development of sunshine sports in colleges and improve the college students＇physical fitness, this paper analyzed college physical education curriculum from the perspective of sunshine sportsby the methods of literature review, interview and mathematical statistics. Results： China college physical education curriculum pursuits a comprehensively target, but it has some confusions. The confusions included not reflectthe guiding ideology of ＂health first＂, unfavorable to fulfill the task of ＂exercising 1 hour every day＂ on curriculum, difficult to cultivate students＇ lifelong sport interest and habit on curriculum content, not take the advantageof ＂schoolbased＂ on curriculum development, not propitious for formation of the effect of physical exercise ofstudents on curriculum structure, not guarantee diversified sports learning needs of students on curriculum resources, disadvantages to stimulate students＇ physical education learning enthusiasm and activity on curriculum evaluation. Meanwhile, this paper aimed to provide a reference to improve college student health level via promotingcurriculum revolution.
