摘　　要：实现我国中小学教师继续教育课程的现代化 ,有着深刻的时代背景和内在要求。它既是信息时代的现实呼唤和知识经济的客观要求 ,也是迎接全球化挑战的重要措施和中小学教师队伍现代化的重要途径和手段。The modernization of the further education for chinese primary and secondary school has a profound background and there is an internal requirement for its existence. It is not only the realistic call of the times of information and the objective demand of the knowledge economy development, but also a very important measure to meet the challenge of globalization and an important way for the modernization of the primary and secondary school teachers.
