摘  要:目的研究牛磺酸、人参皂甙、咖啡因复方功能制剂的抗疲劳功能,为抗疲劳制剂研究提供实验依据。方法选取雄性昆明种小鼠200只,随机分为4组(n=50):空白对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。低、中、高剂量组每天分别灌胃给予复方功能制剂41、80和237 mg/kg,空白对照组每天灌胃给予同体积的蒸馏水,共灌胃30 d。末次灌胃后分别进行负重游泳实验并采血,测定负重游泳时间及血清中尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳酸含量及血清磷酸肌酸激酶的活力,比较组间各项观察指标的差异。结果中、高剂量组可显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间、增加小鼠肝糖原含量、减少小鼠运动后血乳酸含量、显著降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶含量(P<0.01),但对于小鼠血清中尿素氮的含量无影响。低剂量组可显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加小鼠肝糖原含量和降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶活力(P<0.01),但对于减少小鼠运动后血乳酸及血清中尿素氮的含量无影响。结论该复方功能制剂能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间、促进糖原储备或减少糖原消耗、减少运动后血乳酸堆积并显著降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶含量,具有缓解疲劳的功能。[Objective]To evaluate anti-fatigue effects of taurine,ginsenosides and caffeine compound preparation,and provide experimental evidence for development of anti-fatigue products.[Methods]A total of 200 Kunming mice were randomly divided into low dosage group,medium dosage group,high dosage group and control group(n = 50).The low,medium and high dosage groups were given 41 mg /Kg BW,80 mg /Kg BW and 237 mg /Kg BW of compound preparation respectively through intragastric intubation once a day for 30 days.The control group was given the same volume of distilled water at the same time.The weight-loaded swimming time was recorded after the last time of intragastric intubation.Serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen,serum lactic acid concentration and serum phosphocreatine kinase concentration of the mice were also measured.The difference between each group was compared.[Results]The medium and high dosage groups could prolong the weight-loaded swimming time,increase the storage of liver glycogen,as well as decrease the serum lactic acid and phosphocreatine kinase concentration significantly(P 〈0.01).However,no effect on serum urea nitrogen was observed.The low dosage group could prolong the weight-loaded swimming time,increase the storage of liver glycogen and decrease the concentration of phosphocreatine kinase significantly(P 〈0.01),but no obvious effect on the serum concentration of lactic acid and urea nitrogen was observed.[Conclusion]The compound preparation could prolong the weight-loaded swimming time,increase the storage of liver glycogen,decrease serum lactic acid accumulation after exercise and decrease phosphocreatine kinase significantly,which indicates obvious anti-fatigue effects.
