摘 要:为了研究基于网络的护理本科毕业论文"导师制"指导模式,对2个护理本科(专升本)班级随机分组,确定1个班为观察组,采用基于网络的"导师制"指导模式,1个班为对照组,采用传统的面对面指导模式;2个组的指导教师随机分配。毕业论文完成后,对成绩进行统计并自制调查表对学生进行调查,每个项目均分成三个等级。结果发现:毕业论文及格率,观察组为96.97%,对照组为87.10%;在交流便捷、解决工学矛盾、营造学习氛围和喜欢本模式指导等方面,观察组分别为100%、81.8%、82.8%和90.9%,对照组为3.2%、12.9%、0、22.6%,观察组明显高于对照组;而在理解指导意见和交流有障碍方面没有差异。This paper is on the guiding mode of tutorial system of theses of nursing programme. The research method as follows: A team is set up in which the preceptor guides, tutors are responsible for the effective communication between the preceptor and the students, urge and inspect the completion of the theses to achieve ‘Tutorial System" guiding of undergraduates of Nursing Programme through the network. One class is randomly chosen as the observation group which the web-based guiding mode of tutorial system is used,and the other as the control group which traditional face-to-face instruction is used. The preceptors of the two groups are allocated randomly. The statistical?analysis of the results is done after the completion of the theses. Self-made questionnaire is done to investigate the six aspects such as convenient communication, understanding of instructions, communication barriers, solving the contradiction between work and learning, creating a learning atmosphere, and preference of the guiding mode. The pass rate of the observation group is 96.97percent, and that of the control group is 87.10 percent. The datum of the investigated aspects from the observation group are respectively100%, 81.8%, 82.8% and 90.9%; those of the control group are 3.2%, 12.9%, 0, 22.6%. The mode is not limited by space and time, convenient, efficient and suitable for mobile learning, thus it is conducive to the completion of graduation thesis and solve the contradiction between work and learning.
